The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has appointed Kathleen M. Hutchinson as Director of the agency’s Office of International Affairs (OIA), according to a press release.
OIA advises the Commission on international policy matters and coordinates with foreign authorities across the globe, the SEC said.
