The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Office of Municipal Securities announced today that it has updated its Registration of Municipal Advisors FAQs webpage.
The update aims to provide more clarity on municipal advisor registration and recordkeeping requirements.
The revised FAQs are available on the SEC's website.
