EU Pay Transparency: Member States Near Transposition Finish Line

By June 7, 2026, only Italy, Lithuania, Malta, and Slovakia had fully transposed the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Greece recently finalized its transposition. Several other countries are advancing draft legislation, with most expected to enact laws by end of 2026 or in 2027.
