Vanuatu Posthumously Honours Sir Julius Chan for Independence Role

Vanuatu has posthumously awarded the Order of Vanuatu – Badge of Distinction to late PNG founding father Sir Julius Chan for his role in securing Vanuatu's independence in 1980.
