UK-based ventilation products maker Volution Group said it has acquired GetAir GmbH, a German company, for €40 million.
The acquisition is aimed at strengthening Volution's presence in the German ventilation market.
GetAir GmbH specializes in ventilation solutions, and the deal is expected to complement Volution's existing product portfolio.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to complete in the coming months.
